5G O-RAN Outdoor cell
To complement the indoor cells, Node-H also supports outdoor cells. These are weather-proofed cells with higher power. They can be used outside to cover parking areas, or between buildings in a Campus Network deployment. They can add capacity in stadiums or as in-fill coverage in dense urban areas such as stations or in places where many peopl congragate. They can also be used to cover villages or towns. The management of these cells is the same as the enterprise cells, so they can be managed over the O-RAN protocols, which eases the integration into the wider network.
